Commercial cleaning is the broad category. Janitorial service usually refers to recurring tasks completed on a regular schedule, while commercial cleaning can also include one-time or specialized work such as final construction cleaning.
A final-cleaning scope may include fine-dust removal, floors, interior glass, fixtures, cabinets, restrooms, kitchens, labels, and light construction residue. Site condition and handoff requirements determine the final checklist.
Have the facility address, approximate square footage, desired frequency, preferred schedule, access notes, priority areas, current problem spots, desired start date, and any relevant photos available.
