RBC uses submitted information to assess route and scheduling fit, respond to the inquiry, coordinate a walkthrough, and prepare a commercial cleaning scope.

Calls and text messages

If you provide consent, RBC may call or text about the request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Uploads and storage

Optional photos are used to understand the requested work. Form submissions and uploads may be stored by website infrastructure providers that support the inquiry workflow.

Google Analytics and website measurement

When Google Analytics is enabled, RBC measures page activity, traffic sources, phone and text clicks, walkthrough-button clicks, form starts, and confirmed submissions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and may process device, browser, approximate location, referral, and interaction information. Lead attribution

A walkthrough form may include the landing page, referring page, campaign labels, or advertising click identifiers that brought the visitor to the website. These fields help RBC understand which pages and campaigns create inquiries.

Abuse prevention

The form may create a one-way, privacy-preserving value from a network address to limit repeated automated submissions. RBC does not store the raw network address in the walkthrough lead record for this purpose.

Sharing

RBC does not sell lead information. Information may be processed by website, analytics, and communication providers supporting the inquiry workflow or disclosed when required by law.
